 Project Scope & Flexibility

  • Yes, we can step in mid-project to assist with specification development, procurement, or final-stage installation. If you have been let down, we can help make things right.

  • If you are looking for help with a smaller-scale project or a single room FF&E project, we can help. While many of our projects are on a larger scale, we also assist with bespoke projects.

  • We support a vast range of businesses with a wide range of projects. There is no minimum room number or budget. Get in touch to discuss your project and see if we are a good fit.

 Process & Lead Times

  • Yes, absolutely. We regularly collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to help bring their vision to life. Whether you need us purely for procurement, sourcing or installation support, we can slot into your project wherever needed. Our role is flexible - use us as much or as little as you like.

  • Our process typically includes initial consultation, specification development, sourcing, and procurement, warehousing and consolidation, delivery and installation. Each project requires a unique combination and level of support at each of these stages.

  • As many will know, lead times depend on material availability, scheduling, design iterations, delivery, and more external factors. We cannot provide a blanket lead time, so we always encourage you to phone up with a little more detail. This way, we will be able to give a more accurate estimated timescale for bespoke items.

 Bespoke Items & Customisation

  • 100%. Alongside our more standardised product range we offer a range of bespoke services. You can choose the materials, shapes, colours and finishes of seating, furniture, beds and headboards. This allows you to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

  • Yes. In boutique hotels or heritage refurbishment projects, bespoke items are often needed to deal with sloping flooring or angled walls. Our bespoke services can be extremely useful in these cases, helping you achieve the perfect look.

  • Once manufacturing has started, flexibility may be limited, but we will always advise on options.

Design Help & Specification Support

  • Yes - our experienced team is well equipped to help with finishes, mood boards and product curation to align with your interior styles, brand, budget and performance needs. We know all the industry standards and regulations required for safe and legal final use.

  • Each project is unique, and so are the services we provide. We can produce mood boards, physical scheme boards, digital room visualisation, floor plans, and physical samples of products depending on project scope and requirements.

  • Not a problem. We often support clients directly throughout the design stage, or collaborate with contractors or architects to bring their ideas to life.
