Design Specification Development

Our Glasgow showroom offers the ideal space to explore styles, materials, and layouts — from upholstered seating to hard-wearing finishes. Here, clients can meet with our team, share their vision, and review our extensive fabric library.
We support projects with tailored scheme boards, fabric samples, and room layout plans. For larger schemes, we can also produce FF&E schedules, room data sheets (RDS), and visual mock-ups to bring designs to life and align with brand or budget requirements.

Site Surveys & Project Planning

Our team can carry out in-person site visits to better understand your space, layout, and goals. We review floorplans, assess access routes and site logistics, and work closely with contractors or site managers.
These surveys help us plan accurate layouts, troubleshoot installation challenges in advance, and make sure every design decision is based on real conditions — essential for both new builds and refurbishments.
