Having previously delivered a successful fit-out for their well-established Taj Restaurant, Perri and the team returned to Elite for our end-to-end design and installation expertise. Our ability to provide complete, bespoke room solutions — from initial concept through to final handover — made us a natural partner for their next venture.
This project focused on the transformation of underused office spaces above the restaurant into beautifully appointed guest accommodation. We worked closely with the client to bring their vision to life, producing detailed scheme boards, mood imagery, and digital room visualisations. These tools allowed the team to make confident design decisions while maintaining a clear view of the finished result throughout the process.
Our hands-on involvement extended across every phase of the renovation. With deep expertise in refurbishment projects, we advised on spatial planning, colour palettes, lighting layout, and material selections. Our team advised throughout the full installation — from flooring and wall finishes to bespoke soft furnishings — ensuring each detail was carefully executed with quality and consistency for DeiRa.
As the primary interiors supplier, we delivered a hospitality environment that balances hard-wearing practicality with thoughtful, inviting design.
